What’s A Cozy Home Without Some Color?

Happy fall friends!

I am beyond thrilled that I am a couple months in with working along side of Tallahassee’s impassioned gathering place, Hearth and Soul. Hearth and Soul is inspired by the traditional family home; as the kitchen, living space, his and her closets, bathroom, etc. are visually expressed when making your journey within this enriching store. Each space is accented with beautiful furnishings and decor, leaving it uncluttered, yet full of of life that is all available for purchase. I am more than honored that I gave been get to fulfill this opportunity and continue to contribute fresh pieces designed specifically for the store.

As the leaves in Tallahassee are beginning to change (and fall) leaving this nature embodied town with no appealing color, I decided to incorporate my own. Fresh bouquets full of life fill quaint glass vases around Hearth and Soul and a bushel of beauties rest at the entrance creating a sense of surprise and delight. I cannot wait to continue this experience with Hearth and Soul!

I encourage anyone and everyone to pay a visit to reconnect, warm your heart, and take care of your personal gifting needs in the most fulfilling way!

Fresh Florals for a Fabulous New Store!

I am proud to announce my partnership as Floral Designer of choice for Hearth and Soul, Tallahassee’s newest high-end retail boutique!

Upon walking in the doors, one feels as if he or she has been transported to someone’s lavishly designed home, with almost every beautiful item in sight available for purchase. What could make one feel more at home than fresh flowers to add the perfect finishing touch to any space?!

I will be providing weekly small low and lush vased arrangments available for purchase (similar to those pictured above). Additionally, I will be designing various sized-bouqets that are perfect for any special occasion! I have set out to design with flowers and textures that are incredibly unique, nothing like the traditional floral arrangements one could purchase at a major grocery store.

These floral designs aim for the “simple, modern, classic” style put forth by Hearth and Soul founders Susie Busch Transou and Jama Manning. These ladies have done a phenomenal job putting the space together, and I am so thrilled to be designing the flowers for them!

As today, September 1, 2015, marks the store’s Grand Opening, I definitely recommend stopping by to check out everything Hearth and Soul has to offer! While there, be sure to see how my floral designs can spruce up the simplest (or most extravagant) of spaces!

2015 Entrepreneurial Start-up Business of the Year Winner!

It is with great humility that I accepted the Chamber of Commerce 2015 Entrepreneurial Start-up Business of the Year Award yesterday at the Annual Chambers Awards Luncheon!  I want to send a big thank you to my clients, my family and the other vendors that have referred my business over the last three years of my grass roots effort to bring floral design to another level in Tallahassee.
